Sign in to check availability, start a verified account-deletion request, view its status, or cancel it before processing begins.

Verified request

A recent sign-in and a short-lived code sent to your account email are required.

Cooling-off period

Verified requests have a seven-day cancellation window before processing.

Limited retention

Records required for legal, payment, security, or dispute purposes may be retained.

Device-local progress photos

Progress photos are stored only on the device where you added them. A server-side deletion request does not remove those local copies. Use the app's photo controls or clear its local app or site data. Uninstalling a native app also removes its sandboxed copies from that device.
